Muddy Paws was established in July 2006 by Maryann Jacobson. Her inspiration to opening her store was Dudley, a family rescue who lived his last few years with her. She hopes that Muddy Paws can be a link to placing many homeless animals to loving families, just as she was able to give Dudley a home to live out the rest of his life. Maryann dedicates this website to him. She misses Dudley dearly and is thankful for all of the love that he brought into her life.
